I placed my order middle of December, package has been sitting in transit for over 14 days at the same location. Bio has asked me to reach out to my post office for information, hesitantly I have and am currently waiting to hear back.

They’ve offered to re ship my order for 1/2 of what my original order was. Not too happy about that as I’m going to be out quite a bit of money. Hoping usps can resolve this issue.

Edit ; my order was not delivered due to an error on my part. Address was correct.

If the order is lost or missing because of mistakes made by the customer we will not reship or compensate you in anyway. This includes any mistake made by the customer that causes the order not to be delivered.

#2 If the post office lost your order and it hasn't moved in 3 weeks we will offer a reship at 50% of the original cost.

Nice ninja edit after the fact that this happened. So not only does an order go missing with no way of knowing what was actually in it, you want to take MORE of our money

It's not a "ninja edit" and most of these supposedly lost packages are just delayed due to bad weather. No way of knowing? Thats what tracking numbers are for so you have a way of knowing. You place an order and we ship it to the exact address you provided. What's your problem with that? Are we supposed to send you another package if you put incorrect information? And we're not the post office, their mistakes are out of our hands. Also we don't control the weather so we're not going to ship another order every time a package is late.

Ordered second order from these guys during the “holiday rush”. Payment, shipping, and tracking process as well as communication was smooth as always. Biopharma has been great.

Made my job much easier, most if not every source will free reship if the pack never makes it and no fault of the customer. In fact,I actually had another source here do this exact thing and guess what, I didn't even have to ask.

I've placed two orders with Biopharma, first order came quickly and the product was just as described. Second order I placed was during the holidays, shipping took longer than expected but that was probably just due to the holidays. Second order was missing the orals, I messaged Biopharma right away and without hesitation I received a tracking number and was told the rest of the order would ship the following day. Communication has been great, the product seems to be of higher quality than I expected for the price and I'm happy with my purchase. I will be ordering with Biopharma in the future.

Bad weather actually caused more delays than the holidays. You know where we ship from so that issue comes up fairly often. Thanks for ordering let me know if you have any questions.

Put my order in today for Test E and some orals, will update with turn-around time when I receive it. Communication was a breeze!
How was the quality on these? Bout to use their test e and var

looking forward to placing an order here soon any experiences with their HCG? Also shout out to guys for having another form of payment for us technically challenged older heads who have no idea how to do the whole bitcoin/whatever coin! It means a lot with the absurd prices of clinics and insurance
