@DashPCT I placed an order in April, received a message saying it was shipped mid-April. The tracking number looks like it never shipped at all. No movement.
I reached out via Protonmail, and was told they would "reach out to the shipper". This tracking number they gave me looks like it did ship, but got "returned to sender".
I've emailed multiple times now and twice I've gotten a response saying they would "follow up with the shipper" but they're just dodging my other questions and never get back to me even though I reply multiple times to the same email chain.
It's been two months now and I've tried many times to email discreetly about this - can I please get a resolution to this situation? I'm in Canada so according to your website I am in one of the countries to which you'll do a re-ship.
Please reach out, feel free to PM me here or respond to my emails. I've been wanting to place a second order for some different items but obviously, I need a resolution to this one first. Only posting this for more visibility as maybe you have multiple reps that use that email address and I've had no luck emailing, as I said.
