God damnit man, the $100 order minimum with EMT was the single reason I opted for you over the other Canadian sources! Any chance you can keep that minimum for your returning customers who utilized it in the past and apply the new minimums to new comers going forward? Been really happy with the product that I get from you, but there is zero chance I’m placing larger sized orders while in Canada

In no attempt to be rude, if I were open to those options I would have just stuck with the lab I were using prior to switching over to you as they have the same options available (BTC, CIM, EMT with a higher minimum).

I live in the U.S. for half of the year and I purchase almost all of my needed gear when I am there. When in Canada it’s small stuff like an oral, ancillary, extra vial or two to finish up a blast, etc. which is what I’ve ordered from you each time thanks to that amazing $100 minimum for EMT.

I totally understand and respect if this is the best business (or OPSEC) decision for you overall, but as one of your customers who became one for that sole reason I felt it would be helpful to contribute my input and let you know that it is something that attract(s/ed) a certain demographic to your services.

Hope it didn’t come off the wrong way of anything, you’ve provided nothing but outstanding service and product every time I’ve ordered and I only bring this up because I genuinely want to remain a client going forward.

Compose yourself man. I would think that Deus (or any source, really) actually appreciates hearing input from his customers on the changes being made.

If I were to do that (use BTC or CIM) I would just go back to my former source of like 4 years as they did nothing wrong to make me leave in the first place. As mentioned in my prior post (which it appears you haven’t actually taken the time to read) the sole reason I switched to Deus was his low EMT minimum.

Now shoo, go find something better do to than try to argue with this dudes customers over their preferred payment methods you weirdo
