I know I should chalk it up as a loss at this point, but I’m just so frustrated. I know the money I lost with them is peanuts compared to the several hundred to several thousand others have lost. But its still frustrating me. I asked them for a refund, and they declined saying they shipped it so they won’t refund. But whether or not they claimed its shipped is meaningless to me when I spend money and don’t receive anything months later.
Also, for anyone else to know, I own my own business so I know how tracking works. The USPS tracking number they give you is for the package once it gets to their middleman in the US. So its absolutely possible the package never shipped, and they just paid for a USPS shipping label thats never going to budge. Its a very common tactic with unethical companies. Its accidentally happened in my own business; where I’ve bought a shipping label, and had issues printing it, so I bought another and refunded the first one. If I had given out that first tracking number to the customer, they’d just see tracking for a package awaiting arrival that never moves.
