I'll add my 2 cents on here too. Ordered from Aug 19th. I sent him many emails after a month or so he responded he only had partial payment of my order I responded if I should send the remaining money to the same wallet or he will provide a new one and how much I owed and he never responded. I followed up many times with no response. Still nothing to this day. I bought from Hunter many times always came within 4 days, always had no problem. But sucks another good source down the drain

Damn that sucks. I ordered something on backorder not knowing it and opened a support ticket Hans replied to it less than 24 hours. You do have to go to the support ticket when replied will say awaiting response rather than open. It didn't notify any way only knew he got back to it because I checked manually.. Hope you get your order bro

I ordered back in December without reading. There was a big delay do I started with emails and no response. Then I went to the ticket system on the website and no response. Then after a few weeks I got an email saying shipped. Hopefully the gear is legit. I'm using MC stuff right now with no complaints

Muscle Candy. I will say this though - 2 orders now and 2 times I was short something ordered. They made it right immediately the first time and I just emailed them about the shortage from today. I'm sure they'll make it right

The last thing I want to do is put negative info out about someone online, but after almost 6 months of no order and no reply, I have no other recourse.

I haven’t received order that was placed Sept 5th,2024, nor have I received a response to emails regarding.

Placed order on Sept 5th. Paid immediately. Have sent about 3 status update emails since and I haven’t received a single response.

I created a ticket on Friday, January 17. So 26 days and no ticket updates.

I have been nothing but polite. I’ve spent thousands over the years with Han. I see the site updating but I’ve been ignored completely.
