@Burr_burrr Lucky you bro, paid on 4/12 but still no tracking or pack. He replied to my status e-mail this past Wednesday saying he would ship within 24 hours but still no tracking. Hoping it’s just a fluke and I’ll see my pack next week. Never had any issue before and I’ve used him for years.

@Dude7117 same boat bro, reached out 2 weeks ago and he said it would ship within 24 hours and no response when I followed up. Hope all is well with him as it’s not the norm in the years I’ve been dealing with him.

@Dude7117 update: Heard back today. Han advised he was in the process of brewing up a new batch of test E and would ship soon. I will update when there’s progress.

I have an old customer of Han"s, but it’s been awhile since I’ve ordered from him. The old Pronto mail email that I have for him doesn’t seem to be working anymore, I keep getting a message back saying but he can’t receive emails at this time. Maybe asking the wrong place, but is there a way I can get ahold of him, somebody I can get my email to for him to get back to me? Thanks

@monkey585 Paid same day as you, tracking number sent yesterday morning and pack was in my mailbox today. Great packaging as always. Never had to wait this long but glad it’s in my hands now. Pandemic just has me nervous whenever I start running low on gear or cigars.

@dr_john Read the thread for the last few months… His T/A has been running about 7 weeks.

If you need something quick, you should look for someone else.

@Hucklebuck oh wow, that’s surprising! I’ve used Han for years and T/A was never that long for me. Great products and reliability though still make it worth it! Went elsewhere for short term but will definitely be back.
