Hi everyone! I'm terribly sorry for the lack of communication on this board and through my email. A couple things to note right now...
1. My emails are severely behind. I've been juggling between handling orders and a temporary personal issue so between the two, I've completely exhausted the time I have left in the day. I've been running on about 4-5 hours of sleep lately because of it. I'm doing my best to reply to all the emails.
2. If it's important, please RESEND an email to
[email protected] and I will get to it within the day. I will be answering emails from newest to oldest starting now; I've been going from oldest to newest before.
3. If you placed an order through the site and it's paid in full and processing, it's going out within 1-2 days. No one is waiting longer than 5 working days to receive at the moment UNLESS your order was cancelled or there was an issue with the order like the shipping you gave me was incorrect. There's quite a few with missing apt and incorrect zip codes I will be reaching out to to get the correct info. I'm still shipping out orders almost every day.
4. If your order got cancelled and you sent over payment, please email me asap starting now. I'll be responding to all new emails to help address the issue. In most cases, the order payment wasn't accepted and cancelled on you if you underpaid. Usually happens when you don't account for any fees. Other times, the order payment window went past 12 hours and it cancelled automatically.
5. I've been lagging on it but finished product testing will be sent in to Jano shortly. It's already been prepaid and just awaiting samples. Expect the entire line up tested soon.
6. Hang tight, I'll be resolving the email issue soon. I'm just starting to free up some more time in the day so I can tackle all the emails. I truly appreciate everyone and their understanding! There's a ton of moving parts to this whole thing and it's mostly me handling it all.
