I have seen three emails to the modmail, all of which have been forwarded to Hunter for response. While the same people continue to post (not saying they shouldn't) I'm not seeing any new complaints.. 3 people, while unfortunate of course, is not, the grand scheme, a lot, nor bannable at this time. It's not what we like to see though and we've expressed this to Hunter.
If there are others waiting, there is a complaint procedure available, please follow it. So far only three people have done so. Those three will be taken care of appropriately; Hunter is looking into it and replied to the mods this afternoon. And before I get the "he can respond to mods but not me," response, we have non-email ways to contact.
Further guys, I believe SST is the ONLY board that has moderation of this level to help you guys out. While we don't want to see anyone taken advantage of and do our best to prevent and take action, if this was another board you'd really be SOL. Please keep that in mind as well when addressing moderators.
