It should be peaking somewhere around the 6 hour mark, so if you're training at 4pm then 10am would be a good time to take your dose. Remember that NOTHING is written in stone when it comes to peak, absorption and the like. Every single one of us metabolizes drugs differently so it's gonna be a trial and error thing to see how your body handles things. Having said that 10am would be the time. Remember like I said 25mg would be a solid dose to start with, and if its dosed close to that 20-25 then it might be all you need. For me personally I got nothing off of 25mg, but that was just me I found that 50mg was the sweet spot. Also keep in mind Anavar will need some build up time in your system before you start to reap the rewards. Once again there's no set "timeframe" for said results. Some guys claim they can feel it kicking in within a few days, and others say it takes a couple of weeks. Also be very wary of these Doctor YouTube experts that's all I'll say on that. Do plenty of research on your own, and most importantly listen to your body and get labs done before, during, and after your run and adjust accordingly. These guys that run around and say things like 100mg of orals for 100 days is the max are full of crap. Total nonsense...These are the same guys who probably claim that anything over 1g of test a week yields no results. Look it comes down to knowing your body and listening to it, and GETTING LABS DONE. Trial and error and listening to what YOUR BODY is telling you not YOUR BUDDY. Just because one guy had liver or kidney issues at a certain dose means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING when it comes to that compound and you
