I ordered last Thursday. Paid. Got payment confirmation. Have not gotten shipping info or any kind of response a 8 days later. Ive used them multiple times in the past and had shipping info a day or two after my order. This isnt like them. Hope everything works itself out

Hey same boat Ordered 4/8. Payment Confirmation on 4/9. Still waiting on tracking number 4/13. I've used them tons of times in the past and although I haven't been waiting long, it's never taken longer than a day to send the tracking number. so it's unusual. Hope it clears up soon..

It shows when they create the shipping label and when USPS receives package and when it's on it's way

It seems like emails are being sent from a fake LnL address. Stay cautious and remember, legitimate sources won't usually reach out to you first with their menu.

Gonna just assume they got busted at this point, 9 days since sent payment, haven’t heard back since, asked for payment confirmation three separate times, to all listed emails, no response

10 days, emailed them from my icloud, Gmail, and proton mail, Lacey finally responded saying never got my messages and to send the date and time I sent my payment, I’ve sent messages from all three emails stating when, and screenshots of the confirmed BTC withdrawal to their provided BTC address, no responses, they used to be great, clearly not the case anymore sadly, just threw away hard earned money on a trusted source who abused that trust

they emailed me my payment was confirmed sunday and i sent it sunday morning… just waiting for tracking now. if you spammed emails it probably got sent to there spam.

considering you sent payment and they aren’t aware and or acknowledging that payment id assume you probably sent that payment to someone with a phishing email. Double check the email you were conversing with.
