I made a small order from another source last weekend. They were very prompt and I got pre-shipment tracking Sunday. The pack was received Monday and moved to another facility on its route. USPS claimed it left that facility and was on track to be delivered Friday. Showed all week on its way to next facility until Friday. Since then just says arriving late and in transit.
After looking on the webs, I see the facility it supposedly departed from is well known to be very slow and often shows departed when it’s still sitting there.
I think worldwide there’s slow moving transit times, even if not completely systemic, at least certain pockets that many packages are falling into
