Treating them as 40mg tabs per the test results, but one a day about 2hrs preworkout. I don’t run a lot of oral compounds and Var gives me crippling back pumps at high dosage so I keep it lower dose personally. Enough to get the benefits with minimal sides

For lower back pumps related to orals. I take 7-10g taurine same time I take the oral and it resolves the issue.
