Did you send any samples in for testing to show your gear was underdosed or incorrect?
Not to imply you’re lying by any means, because there is certainly no denying the fact that there were mistakes being made by our last brewer.
If I can recall correctly, I believe there was only one member who sent in a sample for testing, which we were happy about. Not only did it help the community but it also opened our eyes to another misstep in our last operation.. but that’s not to say that every single product was wrong. There was still plenty of testing being done during that time period, which showed good results.
Just so you know, we took a huge L as well, and I’m not referring to the loss of the business. I won’t get into specifics, but we took a major loss on the backend when everything imploded. Unfortunately, there would be no way for us to fully reimburse everyone who
thinks they had bad product from the last operation.
With that being said, we’ll most definitely try to make things right moving forward. Obviously, we can’t just send out replacements to everyone who made an order in the past, but we’ll do our best to make up for it.
