Whats your methods for managing estrogen and blood pressure.
Sorry in advance for the long explanation. This was a long battle of mine.
So what I personally did was, I lowered my test to 250 a week and stayed there for like 2 months after a blast. I started doing daily injections to get my levels more even. After a few weeks my blood pressure was normal. So I began to titrate my dose up every few weeks. Every time I would go up I would stay there until I figured out the correct Masteron dosage. To figure out my Masteron dosage so my first titration I went up to 350. Blood pressure went up to 140/80 so I brought in Masteron at 350 a week also because that's what I read somewhere and I crashed my estrogen. So when my estrogen goes too low I have anxiety, I have a hard time sleeping, blood pressure goes up, and I lose a few lbs. So I would try to catch any one of those symptoms before it's too late. So I brought Masteron back in at 140 per week and this was perfect. Blood pressure went back down. So from here on out, I went 350 for a few weeks, 525 for a few weeks, 700 for a few weeks and then 875 for a few weeks. This was bassically going up 10 mg a day from 50 mg up to 125 mg a day or a half ml. I would raise my Masteron up to around 40-50 % of my test dose since thats what I saw worked around 350. And basically if I wake up and I'm like a few lbs less, DONT take Masteron that day cause if I drop my estrogen too low I'll lose sleep etc. And then when it goes too high I just feel bloated and my blood pressure is high then too. I can tell when it starts going high by my blood pressure. So losing weight is my red flag for low estrogen and blood pressure is my red flag for high estrogen but your blood pressure will be high either way. Once u figure out the ratio u need at a lower dose it pretty much stays around the same. Also a I tried managing estrogen with aromasin, arimidex, Masteron, and primo, and Masteron is my favorite. And also, there where many times where I thought my estrogen was too high or too low and I jumped to conclusions cause shit didn't get fixed over night. Every change in dose takes 3-4 days to show a difference even with Masteron prop for me so always be patient. When estrogen is too high or too low only adjust your dose 5-10 Mgs and wait a few days. Its better than crashing your shit and being fucked for a week. I'd rather have mine be too high than too low that's my rule of thumb. Too high just isn't good long term but it's ok for a few days. If my estrogen is too low tho I almost wanna call in work.
I also brought in cardio that helped, HIIT 3 times a week. And I brought in hgh I started at 2 Iu and now I'm up to 5 iu a day. With my estrogen in check, and cardio, my appetite has been better than ever and I've went from 205 to 235 in 6 months and I'm still going up. Trying to hit 242 for my meet in February. This is the best results I've ever gotten on a cycle and I feel almost completely normal.
So you really should get blood work for this stuff, because there are many sides of high estrogen that are also low estrogen sides. So I kind of put myself thru hell because I didn't wanna do that. I still got blood work from my Dr to check my cholesterol and basic stuff but that was free with insurance.
Most my info I get from watching Chase Irons, Anabolic bodybuilding, and John Jewetts YouTube page sorry if I spelled any of that wrong. Had to mention cause they changed my view on being able to get big with healthier blood pressure and bloods
