But recently, I ordered some modvigil when they restocked/reopened the U.S. warehouse and my package isn't showing it's been scanned in, still hasnt arrived yet, as if it's been "Lost". Hoping this situation will be remedied soon. But usually, they are on point.

We are following this missing order closely, its unfortunate when an item gets lost or delayed in shipping and completley out of our control, when it does happen we follow our missing/reship policy on out website, hopefully your parcel is just held up somewhere and moves along quickly.

If the results came back as not so good, we would remove it from our website. We only sell medication that is of the quality/strength as identified on its label by the manufacturer, to the best of our knowledge. Please remember we do not manufacture the products we sell, but if we sold a product and it was purchased in good faith by a customer of ours, then after testing turned out to be a less grade than intended we would put the situation right with the customer.

I decided to try out pct.zone after reading the positive reviews here and elsewhere. I placed an order on a Friday, paid with LTC, and the items were shipped from the UK the next morning (on Saturday). They got here in the USA the following Wednesday with no issues. There were no surprises; the products were exactly as expected.

I had a few questions along the way: did they have the quantity I wanted, how does their payment system work, shipping costs, how to get my quantity past customs, etc. I got responses right away from someone named Ben. Communication was fantastic.
