What do you mean completely solid? As in the vial was no longer liquid form? How's that happen in transit?

Wow, that's really unfortunate, would like updates on how this gets resolved. I've been through two and a half vials of their testC on my trt protocol with another three in the cabinet, no issues so far.
Was also waiting for a previous posters lab results he was going to provide to see how close it is to 250mg. My bloodwork has come back in expected ranges on their product but still curious.

Yes, but the oil solidifies overnight and it still gets clogged in the syringe. I’ve had a test bottle crash before but never like this. @Pharmahgh wya?

All the oil I got looks good. I live in cold weather so if it was gonna crash it would have in transit.

Only thing I can say I was surprised to see was the exp date on all the oils we’re only 5 months away which isn’t a bad thing necessarily because they will be used by then. Just used to seeing multiple years on the oils till exp.

Also does anyone know what qualifies you for the lab work promo? Just a total testosterone / estrogen? I get my labs done every couple months so I won’t mind providing them as this is my first go w PGH.

This isn’t ideal, and I hope you can resolve this with pharmahgh, but there may be a couple ways to rescue the vial if not.

One is just to keep it warm and liquid (not boiling, but just sitting in hot water) for a few extra minutes, and make sure to thoroughly shake the vial so that there isn’t a tiny bit of solidified stuff in there. Re-crystallization is accelerated if there’s a nucleus to grow from.

If that doesn’t work, it isn’t hard or expensive to filter sterilize a small bit of oil to dilute the vial. If the vial doesn’t have room, you can use a syringe barrel. If it gets to that, I’m happy to help with more detail.

please contact us this is a common issue . we check every payment that comes in and update any order that needs to be manually . sometimes it will take sometime until we can get to it . shoot me an email and we will take care of it from there

we are not online around the clock brother . all emails get answered same day unless its after hours then we willm pick up again next morning . If your not receiving a response you may have the wrong email or there is somethinng else wrong . please allow at least 24 hours for a response . most of the time it is much sooner
