Sorry to hear that mate . I would have to disagree with how you viewed our conversation . If that's how you perceived it then my apologies . We were trying to figure out what was going on .I certainly did not play dumb about anything and I don't appreciate the accusation as If I was lying about your package. That is not what happened at all . I explained the situation to you . and I think your missing the point. we had thought that your package was out and was one of the ones that for some reason was not updating . you wouldn't have seen anything on informed delivery or if you tracked it because packs were not showing they were scanned into the system, It was a simple miscommunication and misunderstanding. Defiantly on my part .Order #3202. Yes, you explained the package thing to me about 3 times. I explained to you that i have informed delivery and it was not coming just as many times. You shipped it with the same label you printed on May 12th so you should have been aware of the same. Whether it's you, your shipper, or your customer support guy they all represent your company.
I have a bigger issue with your lack of professionalism sorting this issue out than I did the wait time. You spent 3 weeks acting like you were doing me a favor shipping me the items I paid for. Then admitting last minute you never had the product in stock and playing dumb about it.
This could have been solved from email 1 (or before) by asking if I wanted the hcg refunded, a partial order, or a 4 week wait. As is I won't be redeeming a discount or free extras because I will not be spending money with you again.
