Ordered product about 3 weeks ago, product got seized and is now being sent back to Pharma. I emailed Pharma about what happens next, gets informed that they no longer offer reships...so if I'm unlucky, I'm shit out of luck.

If I get lucky, I wait another month+ for a product that's been in transit for 2 months+ that has lost it's potency. Love it, wonderful. Jesus Christ man, I don't even know where to start with this source

Well, my first experience with this supplier has not been a good one. Placed an order on pharmahgh.net, sent payment via BTC. The PharmaHGH site is now showing a “Cancelled” status for my order - even though the BTC transaction log shows my payment was completed.

This is not my first rodeo dealing with suppliers or Bitcoin transactions, so I did everything by the book. Not sure if their order platform is just glitchy or if I’m dealing with a shady supplier, but I’m not amused. It doesn’t help their website has ZERO options for providing feedback or requesting help, which is why I’m posting here.

Anyone know of a reliable way to reach these guys?

First page of this thread/first post has their contact email. What you describe above seems to be a sometimes "not so uncommon" occurrence, per numerous other posts in this thread. It does seem though that guys usually have success getting the issue resolved and status updated to "processing" or "completed".

Not sure why people still order on websites and not just emails. I don't think it's coincidence that all the of the sources that have had recent opsec issues, packages seized or have been arrested from this forum have had websites. Someone correct me if I am wrong

You’re not wrong. My most reliable long-term sources have been email-based.

Update: PharmaHGH did reply to my email, and my order is now showing “processing”. Took a little while, but it appears my order is back on track.

Turns out I had PharmaHGH’s email wrong when I reached out. Followed up with him with the correct address and he got back to me quickly. Product was en route and in its way. This guy always delivers!

Bitcoin cancellations often happen because the payment provider receives too little $$ for the order to go through, resulting in a cancellation and return of funds to your wallet.

So it's been like 1.5 months plus the extra time for it to get shipped back. Avoid the International line, they won't make it right if it is lost outright

I eventually got tracking for my order. It shows the pack got intercepted over 3 weeks ago. It happens, yeah. Pharmahgh say they will send it back out when they get it back. I didn't mind being patient for another week or whatever as it's not unheard of for a supplies to take a hot minute when something goes wrong. Well... it's now been over a month since I paid, and over 3 weeks since their pack didn't clear customs. The seller telling customers they won't send a replacement yet when over a month has gone by since they got payment is something prospective buyers should be aware of.

I don't know, man. If a vendor that gives zero fucks, why avoid just the international line instead of the vendor? I've had wrong and missing product before but never had a vendor who didn't care.

You can't just leave this shit unrefrigerated for months without degrading it and they are refusing to send us replacements even though tracking shows 1) it's on its way back to them, and 2) it's completely held up, and not just for a week or two. I checked in to ask if they'd fill the order with a new ship at some point and they won't.

"It happens, be more patient" would be one thing without shelf life considerations, but sending us product gone bad due to improper storage would be an order fulfillment problem.

Just an update I got a response my BTC was short which caused it to cancel all has been taken care of.
