Yeah I have too. I wasn't questioning whether I would receive it, I was thinking maybe he went on break and didn't fill the order. That's why I asked if anyone had received something after ordering close to the break dates.

Do you have any recent testing done on any of your products in the last 6 months ?
This way people will know you’ve been slacking off and don’t give a fuck about anything besides the profits.
You’re capable of making new batches, new labels, new vials, switching from capsules to tablets, etc the list goes on.
But there’s very few vendors capable of keeping on top of lab work.

I've been trying to reach them through Proton. They were initially responding to my questions and in the beginning I was receiving an automatic reply but now for the past couple of days nothing. There is an issue with one of two items involved with my order, a delay in delivery. I was hoping that they would be able to resolve the issue someway. Is there any other point of contact to reach them or would they monitor here? Thank you

According to the status it said that it was on its way. I checked a bit further and it had to do with a scan, but it said it cleared customs

At this point your best bet is to dress up in your best business casual, take the letter, head down to your local precinct and give a firm handshake with the officer on duty.
Or you can just ignore the letter.
