Did you check spam? Also, it takes some time for payment to confirm and then the order is processed. This all still general happens in 24 hours including shipping.

I put an order in from this source and it showed up in 3 business days! I screwed up the payment and he still took care of it without a problem.

Super prompt on email responses which is much appreciated.

Tried the "Pound Town" :ROFLMAO: oral supplement last night and could not be more happy with the results.

The ordering process was super smooth. I received my items in 4 business days. The vacuum packs are very slick and professional. 5 stars.

My only note: it's a little confusing what to do after making payment; clicking outside the popup box results in a message suggesting the order is aborted, which it wasn't. I'm sure you could save a lot of customer service time by removing the confusion there with a warning not to do that.

Other than that, you might have the best-looking website and product packaging I have ever seen. The testing speaks for itself. Congrats on your business.

The popup stuff was already modified. Now it should open a new page, and after paying you should be redirected to a Thank You page!

Personal update:

I am running the current DHB right now. My room reached 60F the other night and I had crashing of the DHB. It reheated quickly and easily. Just wanted to update anyone that might keep the room as cold as I do to avoid sweating like a fucking pig. I know this isn't crazy as far as the crashing, but wanted everyone to be aware. It hasn't done this in storage..

Placed an order early this morning with SHA. Reached out to let him know my SST username and was communicated with via email within 5 minutes! Order might even make it out today! So far so good! Will post in the T/A section at landing but just want everyone to know so far the communication is insanely on point! Edited to confirm that order was placed around 7 am, processed by 9 am, and confirmed to be shipping out SAME DAY!

As far as the shipping address is okay, no problem. You can mail me at sha-athletics@proton.me from your proton but as far as the rest is good there is no problem
