Unfortunately, we can’t do refund. Our policies are transparent and clear, we do only reshipment for such cases.

The 60 days should be on 25.05. If the package will not arrive by that date we will immediately store you a credit or r

Hello everyone.

From the many warehouses that we work with, two were having logistic issues because of the pandemic. Both should be back to normal, with maybe slight delays. All others are back to normal operation.

I have setup a new email for SST members: pcomrep at protonmail

So far only one member has reached out and his package is en route and he has tracking number.

All delayed orders get a discount or store credit for next order.

Our re-ship/refund policies are the same since 2008. With the pandemic, we’re issuing either if package is not delivered in 60 days. Please understand that our refunds are in store credit, so you can make another purchase of equal value.

A discount or store credit is not good enough. Any other sources would give a refund. I have not received my order since early March and numerous other members have posted complaints. You do nothing but go back on your word- first we would get a cash refund, now its credit for your shitty store.

Our re-ship//refund policies are the same since 2008.

98% of our shipments make it to the customers in time.

We’ve been here on SST for over a year, first as PharmaComStore then as Steroidify, same company, we’re a verified source here and it’s the very first time there’s any complaints of delays.

World is going thru the worst pandemic in modern history and we can’t expect normalcy on every country.

Some countries were only allowing cargo planes traffic for a few days per month.

We’ve been over all these points on another board where you got trashed before a really respectable rep saved your ass. You’re getting bashed for good reason and your colleague admitting to that resolved this situation previously, so finally get that mentoring I recommended.

Customers that are aware of the market and your practices (just compare your Hilma prices to the official ones, jesus) don’t shop with you to begin with. Having to combine various discounts, promos (although you couldn’t have made that obnoxious new banner any bigger) just to get a price close to the competition is a pain in the ass.

Your reship policy is the same as every other sources’, and you know this.

If you could just drop the dishonest, shady and spammy marketing, you (I mean the person moreso than the company) wouldn’t be singled out as much.
