@xannyphantom @empireannie Thanks guys, upped my test to 450 and will give it some time. In hindsight I really should have realized my test dose was already pretty low. I was just feeling pretty good on 300mg and wanted to add something and just didn’t think to increase the test to avoid low e2. 450mg test will actually be the most I’ve ever ran so we’ll see how this goes. 5 weeks left on cycle, hopefully this gets me back on track

@jdoe23 that’s interesting, have any of your other habits changed ( drinking less, drinking more water) I only ask because of your urine anecdote, I’ve noticed that if I go a few days of not drinking alcohol/soda even on the most toxic my appetite and urine clear up. Now, this isn’t an absolute and I’m sure it’s worth monitoring. I’m sure if you were to have it tested and anything came up Syn would more than take care of you.

@musclechemist I don’t drink alcohol except for a very select few times a year when a friend is home on leave.

I suppose my hydration could be less. When I was working in-season I was drinking a gallon and a half of fluid a day with a lot of sodium. Now that I’m laid off and mainly lounging I probably don’t get near as much hydration in as easily, and my diet is “cleaner” since I have more time to prep food which generally means less sodium dense food (not that sodium itself isn’t a good thing or is somehow “dirty” dieting). In relation to urine color and not pumps though, I’d say I’m drinking less fluid and sweating less given the time of year/work compared to previous cycles

I’ll add some more fluid and salt throughout the day and see where I’m at in terms of fullness. Also, last night it was looking a bit darker so I’ll see if that’s consistent now or if it was just improper hydration.

@jdoe23 just finished a run of his SD and it’s top notch. If you aren’t full try salting your meals a bit more and really hydrating properly. Might just be lacking on that end because his SD gets me so pumped sometimes I can’t lift my arms over my head lol

@Thehulk75 suddenly, my piss has gotten a lot darker despite keeping hydration the same so I’ve upped the water for two reasons, that and just to see if I can hydrate my way to some more fullness. It seems to be helping.

I think most of the problem is that I wasn’t being honest with myself about fluid intake because I usually run it during the peak of the summer when I’m sweating like crazy at work, but also drinking gallons and salting all my water bottles and meals. I think I just unnoticeable scaled my fluid intake back, which I could some since I’m just sitting at home mostly right now, but probably cut back a little too much.

Had pretty good pumps the last few days, strength is making a return (whether SD or normal rebound from having been sick and overworked and lost so much in the fall). I think the product is A-okay, as the effects are starting to resemble those of SD runs in the past once I made sure to actually monitor my hydration, carbs, and salt. It just comes second nature to eat like a fat bastard trying to maintain weight when I usually run it so it didn’t seem to cross my mind this time

@Synergy-Forge I have to be 100% certain I use Test Cyp. How often do you get a new batch of raw powder? Do you always test your raws before brewing? I have looked through a lot of this thread and wasn’t able to find an answer, but forgive me if I missed it. I also haven’t seen any raw powder testing results.

@xannyphantom hi sorry I didn’t get back sooner, so I do feel a little better. After about 2 weeks on the higher dose I started to feel better then a few days ago I added in 25mg dbol pre workout. Has improved a little. Thanks for the advice. Not 100% yet still, but I do have stuff going on in my personal life. I think I recognized my response was unlike me and disproportionately anxious and paranoid compared to my usual self, so now I have a more proportionate stress response to the scenario.

One thing I want to say is, the PIP from this primo is horrific. I don’t want to spread rumors but any chance its EQ? I don’t really have any reason to believe it is other than the like debilitating PIP and anxiety.

@pajama-88 I’ve never ran either but I’ve always been under the impression that, as a compound in general, most primo has a good bit of PIP usually

I’ve had mixed experiences. I just got off a terrible bout of almost a week of pretty bad PiP. New source, new inj site.

I went about 4 days and had to finally take 600mg Motrin before bed for three days.

The majority of my experience has been nothing more than what feels like a little tightness.
