I’ve been mixing my girls 5mg vials of sema with 1mL of bw. Which makes every 20 units on the slin pin 1 mg. The amount of water you put in it doesn’t matter that’s up to you to decide. I would just do an amount that’s easy to get the dose you’re going for. My girl did the .25mg for a week or 2 then .5 a week or 2 and then we skipped the 1mg and she’s been at 1.5mg for a couple months and it’s going good. I’m in fact not a doctor so take this with a grain of salt but I feel like we skipped wasting a bunch of sema at ineffective dosages. You’ll know if it’s too much for you you’ll get crazy headaches and be nauseous as fuck. So with all that being said I personally don’t think I would just jump into 1mg a week but I wouldn’t do the suggested 1 month of that dose.
