As per usual the sky is not falling and we should not have rejected an order based on somebody not wanting to answer a question, and I take full responsibility for that. While your privacy is important to me, so too is mine, while still carrying a transparent nature as best we can. So, TySyn has replaced Syn-D and we are still working through some of the bugs. Your patience is greatly appreciated and I apologize for any inconvenience. As far as the process goes, nothing has changed so there should be no concerns. Nobody has complained about missing money or missing orders from me, so to hit the panic button at this point in time is a little premature but we have seen this before as this is the nature of the business. As I stated earlier to post here if there was any issues, you have done so and I have responded as I said I would (allbeit a little slowly) I take full responsibility and people who have been rejected are more than welcome to reach out again for us to correct any errors we have made. Continue to let me know on here if there are any more issues. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

I had an order email in and never received a reply.

There is likely several unanswered emails from multiple folks (I emailed over a week ago with no reply).

Brother man lol. You hire someone new out of the blue, go private, and you hadn't logged into SST in weeks and you're shocked others are concerned? After they've sent you several hundred dollars? Why don't you just update your thread once or twice a week and take your customers into consideration. They are after all, Paying a premium for your products.

Literally all you had to say "hey I hired someone new to answer emails, I'll be screening new customers from now on" and you wouldn't have to go into your private life or write 5 paragraphs explaining yourself

Most of your customers have already had interactions with synd or tysyn but not "Tyson" specifically to my knowledge. You've already privately disclosed a breach of opsec over protonmail and tutanoa. So info got leaked one way or another. Why the obfuscation?

You're good, Syn. For the record, guys, I have ordered several times since Ty started, and have always gotten replies within the same day as well as my order finished in the same day. I think you guys are being too harsh here. If you have a problem, send another email. Neither I nor my friend have had issues since Ty started, and have definitely had better customer service since then. Not that there were any issues before. If any of you are getting hurt over this maybe you need better coping mechanisms.

Saw that one coming. I've been ordering for 3 years now, I keep up with the comments as well as the list every few days in case there are new releases, as has happened a few times over the years. If you think that comment makes you smart and you win, good for you buddy. You win the arguing on internet forums award ;)

PS. If you think Syn doesn't have enough customers who have been ordering from him long enough and are willing to defend him when mature folk such as yourself roid rage the minute anything goes wrong, you haven't been here long enough. I have had no desire to create an account until seeing this shit.

How's this make me a shill? I haven't tested because I have been buying from him for years and anything I've bought does nearly exactly the descriptions I tend to see on Reddit's compound experience thread in the steroid forums.

Yes I'm aware of that, anybody is free to think so, but that would turn what I'm doing into a disservice when that's not my intent. That's not going to stop me from defending him when I see people being a little shitty towards him, given he's been great to me since I started. In my opinion having an account on this forum is nearly pointless hence why I haven't created an account before. I think the problems with getting an email response could have likely been fixed with just sending another one to see what's up, since I personally haven't had any issues nor my friend, it's not surprising to me that sometimes a mistake is made.

Hi y’all! I’m new to SST and I’ve been ordering from Syn for a couple months now. I placed my first order with him before I created an account here and I have not had any issues with his service or his products yet. Most recently I ordered from him last week before Syn came on here to clear things up. I’m making this post just to say that even though he wasn’t active on here I get fast replies to my emails within hours and my orders always ship the next day and are delivered to my mail box within 2-3 days. Syn has made it pretty clear that sometimes they might miss an email and that if you don’t get a reply within a few hours to resend the email.

My guess is they went to an erroneous email address, as I find that ignoring customers is bad for business. We will be getting back to our typical [email protected] soon to avoid any confusion, for now you can still email that one and I receive them well. Hope to hear from you.

I do appreciate the nod, thank you sir. I have built this around my customers, adapting a complete customer-centric core that builds and rewards loyalty. It seems there will always be that rowdy guy that is unhappy regardless what is done. I try not to give them much attention as that is typically what they are after. It is difficult to argue when there is only a single person to do that with. The poster that you are responding to has some valid points about me and I shall take them into consideration, I am always looking internally to see what I can do to improve, never settling for complacency. Thank you for your years of loyalty, it wouldn't be what it is today without you and others like you.

Pardon me sir, but I have neither the time, nor the compromised integrity to stoop to such levels. You impugn my character and I find that offensive. I do not post thoughts accusing you of making fake accounts. I have been on this board since the Reddit days and not once have I felt the need to pretend that I am someone else. I stand by everything that I have done or not done and take my nods and knocks like a man. I can not determine how you came to the conclusion that I am capable of such things but I assure you that I do not know that poster, and have never communicated with him on a personal level, as well as I do not remember his orders but might recognize his email address. I'm sorry you believe I am capable of such behavior just because I am a source; lumping me in with those that chose the easy way out. I am unsure how to convince you, and it bothers me. However I recognize that just because you wrote it, doesn't mean that others hadn't thought it; hence why I am responding to you. You are right, I can see why you think that my behaviors are sketch. I used to limit my orders to 10 in a day, taking no more than that and preferring to do all the work myself. My customers and potential customers hated that policy, and I found that it limited my loyal customers, which is something that I absolutely did not want to do. So I opened the door to getting help, and as you can imagine, going to the local union hall was not pragmatic. I do pour my passion into every product that I make, and sometimes that gets away from me and I spend up to 16 hours a day in the lab and don't take enough time to oversee the communications and path that my assistant is taking much to my shame. In recent days I have tried to make a renewed effort to be more visible and get my head out of the beakers and books, and am still struggling with the consistency of that effort. Without people such as yourself telling me how they perceive me, I wouldn't even know it was an issue. I'm a science nerd with mutant genes, and I love the gym and the lab, everything else I struggle with and I realize that shows. Please continue to let me know where I can make improvements as I am listening intently.

I did nothing to hide anything, that is not my style at all. I am clueless what you are referring to about a breach of opsec though, I feel that is something that I should know about so I will do some digging to figure out what that is about. I do not gamble on safety, I do not cut corners, I do not do anything in a hurry as it never ends well. If you have questions sir, then I am happy to answer them for you on this public board, honestly and completely. If you are referring to the forwarding of the emails to a protonmail address, that was a very public disclosure when emails started randomly disappearing and then customers started being scammed. I took the steps to stop it over a year ago, as well as filled every order from people who's money was stolen. As compared with all sources, I would say that I have been relatively drama free and enjoy that feeling since it is not a useful environment, instead, creates a form of self-licking ice cream cone where we devolve into a purposeless group who's only goal is to fight and hurdle insults. As for the Tyson, it was a simple misspelling but I can see where the angst was formed, and probably rightly so. I have encouraged him to learn to spell his new name as it makes my brain hurt to see the backlash. Thank you for your thoughts.

No, not out of the blue, he has been with me for quite some time now, helping me in the lab with busy work such as applying labels. So that my time can be better spent with compounding and researching. I believe he to have been around for about a year now, I was suddenly forced into a predicament when Syn-DD chose a different career path for personal reasons, of which I will not disclose, but I am comfortable letting you know that it had nothing to do with the work or me. And before anyone jumps to conclusions, I will also offer that it had nothing to do with LE, nobody got arrested or even talked to or a door knocked on. So I was forced to bring Tysyn into the public eye under very close scrutiny at first and as his confidence grew he took it upon himself to try to make some improvements, which is absolutely my fault for loosening the reigns on him and for that I am truly sorry. I did not introduce him as I wasn't completely sure that he was going to make it, but recently I have found confidence in him. He is an intelligent and eager person whom shares my passion for the science behind it all, as well as the love for the gym.

I am not now, nor have I ever meant to screen anyone and that is never more evident as in my introduction where I explain to people my roots and never forgetting them. We all made that first order once, and were terrified! I do not take that for granted today, and I have never lost sight of a hundred dollars....choosing to treat a thousand dollar order from someone new with absolutely equal weight and respect. That is who I am and has been my promise since day one. It would seem I did not impart that wisdom clearly enough and I am truly sorry for that, making it a very sharp priority. You are absolutely correct, I need to be more proactive in updating the page, that is something I cannot lose sight of as well, thank you for that reminder.

They are paying a premium but not for the reasons you think such as greed as that cannot be further from the truth. I give back a ton of free gear to reward loyalty, and nearly no day goes by that someone doesn't get a free, complete, cycle. It turns my stomach to see sales for new customers only, and that will never be me. Instead, the premium is to slow orders; which is completely opposite of greed. I feel that if a source is overwhelmed with orders then they tend to make mistakes, and someone goes to jail, or a poor product is produced all in the name of greed. I would rather slow down, take care of those that take care of me and make wise, thoughtful decisions without external pressure. Giving much back to the aforementioned group. Money is not my primary focus, people are. I realize I cannot make everyone happy, but I'll sure go down swinging trying to acheive it. I tried to save the most winded response for last and I'm sorry I'm long-winded but I like to dispel erroneous thoughts and recognize helpful critcism. You sir, have both here so I apologize. Finally, I'm not sure what you mean by going private, I am open for business to all, even with my spotty track record of posting and my premium price point :)

I asked you about your RU58841. To which I got the response: "We've identified a weak link in the use of unencrypted email servers (yahoo Gmail ect)." A forwarded email may have been used, but the domain did not belong to yahoo, outlook or Gmail. Which made it seem like you were just throwing out a generic response in some type of a panic. Then I never got my question answered. A lot of frustration comes from the fact that a lot of sources on here advertise a product in the OP, yet they don't even post testing for nearly half of their stuff. For example, HCG is advertised across the board here as 5000iu, but what if you dilute that and it doesn't seem to induce the desired effect? If it was actually closer to 2000iu then one wouldn't add as much water, however, I don't see why outside of bloods the testing is on the customer when other reputable sources elsewhere would just post a recent batch test and a user would actually know the level of dillutent to be used within a reasonable range of each batch of vials. We've all seen new user accounts post rave reviews, but do any of them actually know the purity? It seems like more fanboying and hyping sources rather than having a closer to transparent way of verifying what's actually being shipped/sold to a customer. It shouldn't be: "just trust me bro his test e works and the shipping was fast so I know every other product must be exactly as advertised."
