We have both Protonmail and Tutanota - both can be found on our thread. I have no issue releasing tracking via email but need you to verify shipping details/payment confirmation before doing so to verify the order I suspect being yours, is actually yours because the emails do not match.

Strange issue with emails. Got your message but it came through with a substantial delay. Not sure if all the emails are going through or if some aren’t for whatever reason.

We have responded twice asking for confirmation of your order but you stated you made an order for raw powder, which we have not sold for months due to demand issues. I also verified with the other individual (order I suspected may be yours) that they received their order.

It sounds as if TCL is saying he’s not receiving your emails. You should be cognizant of frequent phishing scams and ensure the email address you’re communicating with belongs to the source. If you have proof of order and whatnot you can send it to the moderators at [email protected] and we can see it through from there.

Looks like we were able to figure out what happened which explains the strange issue with the emails not all going through. It appears as if there has been an instance of fishing with my outbox being blocked/intercepted and replies coming from alternative emails with the same display name as vendors. Not sure whose end this is on, but basing off how others haven’t had any issues here I’m assuming this is mine. Just something to be aware of to prevent this from happening to anyone in the future.

I sent you a follow up email off a different address explaining my thoughts as well. Let me know if this one comes through.

I’m sorry to hear that but glad we could get this figured out - I’d suggest changing all your email passwords before moving forward. Some people are malicious and we have to be careful with these things, I always advise double checking the address you’re dealing with. We also utilize a website now so it takes the headache of back and forth out of the way.

Yes we received your email but I will be unable to open the images provided for security reasons. Aside from that, I’m sorry you fell victim to a phishing scam and recommend you change all your passwords immediately.
