It’s now the 18 and mail has just run like it has everyday since before this bad storm (if u wanna call it that) bc it’s actually not as bad as everyone had let on. I’m starting to feel like that’s an excuse bc of whatever reason has them jammed up at the time. There’s no doubt that viper is a reliable source but I do question the on-time marker that I had requested BEFORE making my purchase. I have been receiving other packages since Christmas and starting a new source I have to say this isn’t looking good on business. I’m hoping that the product and quality is top notch due to this delay bc I prolly won’t be ordering anymore from Viper bc of this situation. Everyone here knows that we all wait by the mailbox looking for our gear but NEVER have I had to wait this long. Everyone wants to talk crap about Hunters issues but he sent me my gear on time as usual even while others were talking smack. I’m not going for the delay excuses anymore. I don’t even have tracking numbers don’t you understand that. You print the tracking labels AT HOME/office before the products even enter the mail carriers. I’m gonna go back to opening my UGL bc at this point while everyone is getting ripped off There’s plenty of room to make money here but sources have squandered on everyone’s trust here bc we have no other option bc we always have to send our money first and if we talk shit or say anything but gets stepped on or possibly not delivered and then sources want to make excuses like “well it was delivered or lost but not replacing things” I’m done. I will be ordering my raws and going back to making the shit myself bc of this craze fest of BULLSHIT!! I will be sending off test of this new source products bc everything g now makes me question whether it’s real or not!!!!!!

Is the sema the same batch as that 4.3 blind test? Been seeing a lot of other UGLs getting 3.7-3.8. I’m guessing there’s some junk coming out of the raw dealers lately. Just asking because i wanna add some to my order, but would prefer not to pay for something that 24% off target. (3.8mg/5mg)

We are just as excited as you are to get you your order and I understand your concerns as I imagine this is the first time you may of tried us out and we thank you for giving us a shot but its just unfortunate that weather conditions are that extreme in my area and I dont have a snow plow to clear the way and Im being very serious when I say that, as my part of town was hit with unsafe travel conditions, with that being the case some things are out of our control. Last year around this time it wasnt as bad but the freeze came a little later then usual and really haulted everything from going out. But we have been in communications with all members and provided updates thru email and on this thread along the way. We've done the best we can with these conditions, no one was ghosted for 2 months, our communications are clear and transparent. I do understand the feeling of waiting after forking out money but we assure you that your are in good hands. Many members here can vouch we support the community. Its easy to think the worst but we ask that you understand and consider the situation as it may be nice weather for your area but not everyones sharing that experience. By the way we do offer store credit for blind testing so please feel free to do so as you will get a piece of mind and store credit (as long as your not an op) jk. Also I'd like to mention, some may not remember or were even around at the time when this happened, but when a particular lab on this site went under leaving tons of people at a total loss on their orders, we actually helped the community and covered those orders with proof of purchase, we made absolutely no profit on that and and helped people recover their losses, so please save yourself the stress knowing we are transparent, paid our respect, stand by our brand and support the community. Personally I like hunterpharm I think they are a great lab and some might have had an issue with them for not responding to their members and if that is true then I imagine that they had a really good reason to do so and we support them. All and all there is a lot of good sources on this site and we support them all but keep in mind every once in a while some will have an issue like ours (weather) and that is out of there control. dude i read the past few days of the thread. i asked anyway cuz i didnt get any communication on the matter when VF said they had emailed people who were affected by the delay, plus people who ordered same time as me already got theirs. so VF’s reply above wasnt relevant to me.

Unfortunately it's not a 2 part process. Even if they get it to the post office, now the post office has to get it to all the other locations. Some may have to get on planes while others are on the road.

Obviously no one has a problem with this (or at least no one should). Shit happens sometimes things are outside of your control.

My concern is now we’re at 10+ days since orders including mine have been placed. How long does it take to clear roads? I’m from the mid Atlantic where we don’t get a lot of snow. Every decade or so we’d get 1-3 feet and the state would literally shut down. For one week. I understand weather is beyond our control but I don’t believe you can claim unplowed roads forever.

Happy to be proven wrong or put in my place on this. This is my first order/experience with viper. I will say he has communicated well on this which makes me optimistic but if dude ran out of supplies during his sale and is waiting for raws to come through to make some more or whatever just say so and that’s fine

Just got all my information from viper and I’m very thankful how they handled everything. at first I was really worried but they reassured me that everything was going to be ok once weather passed!! They handled everything very professionally and they deserve a lot of credit for doing it that way. That meant more to me than anything was the constant communication so 10/10 in my book
