Quick processing for me but the order did not include the BOGO items. Ordered on May 21st in format requested and added total quantity after BOGO in the same email. Tracking number received on May 24. Order was shipped on May 23 and received on May 25. Quick shipping but the order was incomplete, for a total of *8* missing items. Package was completely intact upon receipt.

So even with your edit, you are missing the bogo product?

Viper responded within an hour to my email and quickly rectified my order. When it comes to communication with a supplier, Viper has been the best so far. I'm a long-time SST lurker and I've ordered many times from Hunter Pharm, SRx, Synergy Forge, and more, and this has been the quickest T/A for me. Although there was a minor hiccup, the important thing is Viper quickly acknowledged the mistake and started working on sending the rest of the order.

For anyone taking advantage of the BOGO promo, I would include the BOGO item quantity in your grand total calculations to avoid any confusion.

You guys need to sign up for usps informed delivery, you can track the packages coming to what address you setup the account up with and it will show up there as soon as a packing label is made for your package. I’m sure it would save viper from being bombarded by you guys asking for tracking..

Me and another person I know placed an order about 11 hours ago but received no response. I am assuming you are just loaded up since we both haven’t received order received and payment wallet info. Do we need to resend the orders info?

Placed an order right when Vioer came out, T/A was perfect, even there in a free vial for long wait times. Ordered a second batch yesterday and still awaiting payment confirmation. Understand they’re probably swamped but losing money makes me a little anxious!

We'd like to thank everyone for the support as the BOGO has officially ended as of 11:59pm 5/26/22 PST. Anyone who has placed a BOGO order request within that time frame has until 2pm PST 5/27/22 to complete payment for the orders already placed on 5/26/22 BOGO. We encourage everyone to review the MENU as we have adjusted pricing and will be adding some new items next week. The Coinbase and Coinbase app put a hold on sending almost all newly purchased crypto yesterday and today resulting in delay in payment for the items. I know you guys had mentioned a payment deadline yesterday on your post, I hope y’all will be understanding as long as proof was given the money is in the process.

The Coinbase and Coinbase app put a hold on sending almost all newly purchased crypto yesterday and today resulting in delay in payment for the items. Ordered on May 24th. Very quick responses from VF and they confirmed my payment almost immediately after sending them proof. Still haven't received tracking info yet but they could just be backed up with orders from before the BOGO ended. Will update periodically.

Yep same thing going with me. Coinbase delayed instant release of it. Hopefully, they’ll honor it in these rare cases. Order was in on or before 25th.
