Hey @viper-flex posted my bloods in the bloodwork forum and emailed you about store credit, didn’t get any responses. You guys are probably just a bit behind, always had good experiences with viper. Test C 400mg/week - 2355ng/dl 5.89x. Primo E 500mg/week. E2 30pg/ml

We appreciate your willingness to share your blood work with the community so that everyone can benefit from your experience with our gear. Please be aware that SST has modified their system for approval and same day approval is not a thing.
In order to assign store credit we need a couple things first:

1. Let us know your SST user name.
2. Send us a complete PDF of your blood work.
3. Post your blood work on SST to their standards.

When posting your CURRENT bloodwork, the title must include:

• A - Laboratory name
• B - Compound name and batch number
• C - Weekly dose
• D - Testosterone result
• E - Multiplier

Our team will review your CURRENT blood work once all of these elements are addressed. Approval is pretty quick at that point, and they will notify you about how much store credit you qualify for. Store credit value is based upon Blood Work type. Example: $100 for capped and "up to $250.00" Non capped. Store credit does not apply to sales and discount pricing. I have still not received my order even though I confirmed I sent my order to the correct email address and did everything correctly; the tracking number I received was wrong and then I was told they had a mess up in orders on the 13th and 14th of January 2025 and that it would take an additional 3 to 5 weeks to get my order. It's been almost 3 weeks and still no word on getting my order other then it will take 3 to 5 weeks. The mess up wasn't on my side it was on theirs and they are taking their dear sweet time making it right even though I already paid. Crazy thing is my nephew ordered one day after me and got his order in 4 days. It's ridiculous my order is taking so long, so far not impressed!
