Well, this was quite the experience. Late January I ordered 5 vials of Deca from @“SouthernCompounding” new site. I paid via BTC and got the confirmation notice. After about eight days I had not received the pack or a tracking number. I reached out to @“SouthernCompounding” and was notified that the payment had not been received. I then provided him with the confirmation email. He immediately packed the deca and sent it to me with tracking. After another week, there was still no Package. I reached out a second time and @“SouthernCompounding” gladly shipped me out a new pack. I received the pack today and I could not be happier. @“SouthernCompounding” customer service was exceptional. Thank you.
