I just wanted to give a quick review about Southern’s customer service and response time. This man is no joke when it comes to quality of service and fast response probably one of the best interactions I’ve ever had with a source. Sent them an email about the NPP that I received crashing and they responded literally within minutes and sent me out a replacement even though they really didn’t have too. Thanks again man! @“SouthernCompounding”

Why would you not just warm it and use it?

That’s what I figured, just was curious if he did that and it was all good. I’ve always been a little nervous to do so but I also haven’t had any crashed vials in a couple years.

hey i know this is old, but did you end up using the crashed NPP?

just got some and i’m in the same boat
