Sperm Count

Have any of you guys gotten your sperm counts checked after years of trt/blast and cruise? What were your results? Were you able to get your count back up if it was low? Also whats the best way to get checked easily, I know you can nut in a cup at the doctor but are over the counter tests effective?

Had mine checked after 8 years of TRT/Blasting and it was I guess as close to zero as you could get because my results were "immeasurable" below 2 million per whatever-they-measure. I did an HCG protocol for three months and was able to get it high enough to get my wife pregnant two more times, not sure exactly what my numbers were. I had to go through my urologist to get mine tested and did the whole ejaculate in a cup at the clinic thing. I'm not aware of other testing methods.

Didn’t get mine checked. But I’ve BnC’d for about 10 years. Got married. We decided we wanted kids back last summer. I took 6 months off cold Turkey and we just had our first baby on Tuesday.
