It has now been 7 days that my order from SRX has been labeled “Processing” even though the bitcoin transaction was confirmed on the bitcoin network (according to their own site). In addition, SRX has not responded to either of the emails I sent last Friday or This Monday. In this time, I was able to make 2 separate orders from other sources, both of which arrived BEFORE the SRX order. @SRx if you see this, please make this right. My protonmail on this account is the same as the one I am emailing you with.
