SRX 7 days "Processing"

It has now been 7 days that my order from SRX has been labeled “Processing” even though the bitcoin transaction was confirmed on the bitcoin network (according to their own site). In addition, SRX has not responded to either of the emails I sent last Friday or This Monday. In this time, I was able to make 2 separate orders from other sources, both of which arrived BEFORE the SRX order. @SRx if you see this, please make this right. My protonmail on this account is the same as the one I am emailing you with.

@race_camsey I only got screwed out of about $70, but that’s not chump change for me. Just want to make sure no one gets grabbed by this source. And possibly have the source reimburse those who were taken by them.

Maybe he’s got locked up for something stupid… doesn’t seem like he had a lot.of.orders pending where he would habe made enough.money to make exot scamming worth it… bit who knows man… srx is one soirce.i don’t believe I’ve ever read or heard of a complaint from ya know

@Forthewin1123 Yeah, the whole thing sucks. He was my go to, 100%, no matter WHAT, I knew I could always count on and get shit from. Now its back to the drawing board in trying to find/retain that reliable of a source. Just goes to show, never trust anyone. Been buying from the same source for 5 years? Dont be shocked if one day he ups and goes AWOL. Always have other reputable sources on hand. Either way, shit happens, I’m just thankful to have this forum to find other sources. I’ve dealt with plenty of great sources on here. Sad to see the most reputable one shit the bed tho.

@CaptainAmerica glad y’all are aware of the situation. I’m in the same boat as the rest of these gents. Ordered the 7th, was marked completed on the 12th, I emailed for a follow up on the 17th per srx instructions and still haven’t heard back or received my gear. Where’s the best place for me to check for the updates you’re going to post if/when you get any info regarding the srx issues? I want to stay up to date without bugging the mods or starting extra new threads

Unfortunately the moderator team still has not heard back from SrX. At this time we can only assume that they are, whether by choice or not, unable to fill their existing orders. It should go without saying that you should not attempt to place an order with this source at this time.

@EnhancedGrappler Hey man, so I’m kinda new to the online thing, has this ever happened before with another source? Is the money sent basically gone (I mean, its not like I can get my BTC back without cooperation from SRX). Sorry if this is a dumb question, just wondering what (if any) action the guys like me who got caught out can take?
