@mister-piccolo said in SRX 7 days "Processing":
Obviously when you place an order with SrX you’re not placing an order with anyone else, so there’s no one who can take care of you or fulfill your order except for him. As far as action you can take, there’s not much. If SrX comes back we would expect to raise a fuss to make sure any customers like yourself are taken care of. Hopefully he comes back and squares everyone away.
Generally speaking every single source has a lifespan, whether they exit deliberately or if circumstances preclude them from continuing to operate. The usual cause of a source disappearing without word is some sort of OPSEC issue, whether that means they were busted or something similar. Sometimes sources disappear and come back to fulfill pending orders. Sometimes they disappear and refund anyone affected. Sometimes they disappear and that’s it. In some capacity we have to manage expectations as most sources are not operating legally.@enhancedgrappler Hey man, so I’m kinda new to the online thing, has this ever happened before with another source? Is the money sent basically gone (I mean, its not like I can get my BTC back without cooperation from SRX). Sorry if this is a dumb question, just wondering what (if any) action the guys like me who got caught out can take?
