my current cycle is 180 test/ 400 primo/ 50mg var. i am starting to feel like absolute dogshit with joint pain from hell, sex drive is plummeted, anxiety getting uo ther & tired all day. is this the primo nuking my E2? going to go get bloodwork thursday to see what everything looks like.

Most definitely that ratio of primo to test should be adjusted to say 300 test 400 primo

The ester will not matter, just the dose. See what your e2 comes back at and if it’s nuked just raise the test to at least 300 like @LaneA1969 suggested.
