STAYING IN PRIME

Whats up big fellas, just coming on here to say hello. Im approaching the 40’s and through years of injuries and high stress life Im finding it harder to stay at peak performance with testosterone being at the lower ends of range for a couple years now. Looking at starting with trt levels until I learn more and adding for performance purposes SAFELY and as I see fit.

Been lifting on and off for 20 yrs, and the OFF times have still been full of athletics and active adventuring (mountaineering, fighting and such) Did a couple cycles about 15 yrs ago (sus, dbol, deca) when I was young and dumb. Also have done some moderate/ light SARMS cycles. I did these only with bro science past on to me from gym rat buddy’s. Trying to live a little smarter these days.

I’ve been reading for a couple years and about ready to take the slow plunge, starting with test C only. Anyways just wanted to provide a small introduction as this seems like a good resource of knowledgable people and in the event I have questions/ need some opinions as I move forward, and investigating solid sources.

Good luck bro I’m sure you’ll enjoy the test c for the first time.

I found through the years the only thing that ever made me feeling in my prime. Whether I was running something or not, was my diet.

I’ve been eating like a dog for a while now. A lot of people think they have a good diet, but in reality they don’t.

Make sure you keep a healthy diet as you age

Thanks for the welcomes.

For sure need to tighten up the diet alittle. Fortunately I’ve never had much of a sweet tooth and naturally eat a pretty well balanced diet. It helps that the ol’ lady is health conscious and a good cook! Still lots to learn and plenty of room for improvement though.
