Right now I’m trying to get as lean as I can and do a bunch of cardio, the only thing is gas out rally easy, I’m 6ft 200lbs. I’m wondering if there’s any gear that will help or is it totally counterproductive to imporivng cardio? I’m doing hour an half of jogging and 30 mins stair master afterward.
Right now I’m 125mgs of test holding a few pounds of water, I read that it can improve red blood cell count but I certainly don’t feel it helping me. I feel like this interfering with my cardio and dropping more muscle/the test would be more beneficial than adding any muscle to improve my cardio.
