What’s your best strength cycle from experience, that’ll keep you reasonably mobile/athletic. I’m a strongman athlete and some of the events in the competition are moving events so I can’t just be an immobile bloatlord
Background: 36 years old
Lifting experience: 20 years
Height/weight: 6’2” ~257lbs currently
Cycle experience: only testosterone cycles, pretty much on and off for the last 10 years. 300mg-600mg a week.
I’m currently cruising at 200mg/wk test cyp and titrating the testosterone up for contest prep (strongman). the comp isn’t until December so I am adding in some deca (first experience, 400mg/wk) as well.
My question is without going overboard what’s some solid strength stacks you’ve all had your best experiences with? I am already a naturally anxious guy. I really am thinking tren is probably not for me. I’m tossing in deca to help put on some mass. I’d like to get up to the 275lb weight class without becoming a blob of shit. This means slow steady lean-ish gains.
Also now with all this fentanyl shit going on I’d really like to stay away from UGL pressed tabs and capsules. Is this an unreasonable concern? I never thought about it like this before but recently one of my coworkers passed away from taking a pressed pill (xanax) he got on the black market. Really woke me the fuck up.
I’ll be titrating my test up to 600mg/wk and adding deca soon running this up to my comp (12/1/23).
Any strongman competitors in here that have a recommendation? Powerlifters maybe?
