Stuck at Canadian Customs

So like the title says, I had a international order from ExpressPCT (RIP) hit customs on Tuesday. Contained maybe $400 CAD worth of Pharma meds (Cialis, viagra, dapoxetine, Modafinil, Finasteride), but nothing that is classified as a controlled substance in Canada.
It’s been stuck at “Item has been presented to Canadian Border Services Agency for customs reviews” as all international items hit this stage.
It’s been a few days and has been stuck there at that status, usually that status clears in less than an hour, so I’m worried it got seized.
Any idea on what happens when/if they seize the goods ?

Don’t reach out to them for anything, and if they reach out to you it’s not yours. End of story Similar situation happened to me when I was on vacation, ordered to the country I was in and pack got seized, talked to a buddy of mine that travels and does this frequently and thats the advice he told me^. Play stupid if they call you, the last thing you want is an easy fine of BS.

They aren’t interested in you. They busted it, can tell their bosses they got something, the end. They’re too stupid and lazy to pursue anything beyond that

@damocles13 yeah I’ve been reading around and heard from some friend who have had packages seized, just receive a letter in the mail then you’re on your way.

I’ve had products sit their for several days and just show up at my door without any update on tracking. I’ve also had packages, just 2 weeks ago, not even make it to the customs part of the tracking and a “we got your goods bitch” letter show up

@Pteroy1 I’m not worried about losing the money/goods, just don’t want any legal repercussions aha. Sounds like I’ll be good.

@Trenaplex I’m in a similar spot. I ordered Jan 10 and my package got to customs Jan 26, item processed feb 16. They forwarded it to “Inbomc, Canada” where the package is now saying “item presented to customs”. I believe it’s good as gone. I messaged a similar site and they said to me that Canada has upped its security and now they won’t even ship to Canada. I believe best option now is domestic

Canadian customs are quite tight but they're very rare to follow-up with more than a love letter. They often forget to send those, too. I wouldn't worry too much about a knock at your door.
