Subq lump

First thread post so please let me know if this post belongs somewhere else. This is my first cycle, 300mg test e per week e3.5d 0.5ml subq and 25-50mg var daily depending on if I use it as a pwo. Subq in my abdomen with a 27g 0.5 inch needle because I'm a big baby bitch about needles. Next cycle I'll probably do IM but I gotta get used to self injection first. My second/third shots have gone well, some swelling but it subsides in a couple days, but my first one is still a big lump that is sore and somewhat hurts to touch. I think it's because I wiggled the needle around too much/wasn't the full 0.5 inches deep, but I had to take it out/set down the needle on my counter for a minute half way through the injection (bitched out) and I saw that setting the needle down for any amount of time could cause infections. The needle itself didn't touch anything, just the syringe, is it possible that still gave me an infection? I alcohol wiped myself and the vial top excessively.

Lumps from subq oil are very common in my (very limited) experience. I’ve noticed some pins just seem to take longer to absorb. Is the lump hot or itchy?

I had one subcutaneous injection swell up to a large oblong shape for 3 weeks. Slowly subsided but I never do subcutaneous after that.

27ga into a delt is about painless. You should seriously try it, heck of a lot better than dealing with subcutaneous injections. I promise after your first IM injection you'll hate you waited so long.

Unfortunately there's some people I need to keep this a secret from, so a bad reaction/lump/pin sized dots on my shoulders would be an issue. I shit you not I wear tank tops year round so if I change shirt types now that'd honestly raise more questions. In the somewhat near future I'll try for a trt script, then it's "medicine" instead of roids lol. I could do IM glutes/quads but I'm still too needle shy for that.

Not hot or itchy. Went from red, to more oval shaped, to purple, now maybe a hint of yellow around the hole itself. In hind sight I normally physically respond rough to needles, so hopefully I'm overreacting mentally

I’ve had some last for a week or longer and others like I never pinned. I usually keep mine under.5 each time!

"Pin dots" on ur shoulder/butt cheek is more risky for u then red/discolored oblong welts on ur stomach for weeks? lol Just pin ventro glutes ull get used to it quick. No pain, no welts, no dots.

Ive had subq lumps that stayed around for a couple of weeks, it sucks but eventually it’ll get absorbed. The yellow around the injection site is most likely just bruising. Unless its becoming worse everyday and you’re developing a fever I wouldn’t worry too much about it. I’ve been pinning for 4+ years and never had an infection, just make sure to wipe down the top of the vial before drawing and wipe down your skin thoroughly before pinning and its near impossible to get an infection unless you’re doing something really stupid like reusing needles.

Bb I use a 27g 1" pin in delts 1.5" VG and Glute and don't get pin dots that last more than a minute or two. Massage the area.. you think you'll be able to explain the welts you are causing over a tiny TINY red dot? Be reasonable bb.

I use a slin pin straight into pecs biceps or triceps for my injectable pre workouts. Never an issue. Esp if you're low enough bf and if you aren't, jab that bitch in there. You aren't going to feel it with a slin pin especially

That being said, most of my pre workouts are half a ml, you my friend are pinning half a ml..

I digress, these guys are right, IM you really aren't going to feel shit especially delts. VG is about as easy and painless as it gets, I've never bled even from VG.
