I recently broke my tibia in 3 places , dislocated my pointer finger , and have a massive contusion on my knee. Can anyone recommend a cycle I can run or specific compound to help with recovery time?? This is my second post on here with the first not getting any responses?? If I am posting in the wrong area can someone please tell me? Thank you

My best wishes on a full recovery. Sorry you went through that.

What are you currently taking? Current regimen?

Are you eating well?

The contusion and dislocated finger will heal long before your broken tibia. No need to run a compound for that.

As far as the busted tibia. That’s a bone that needs to heal. All of the compounds discussed on this forum are for soft tissue (muscle, tendon). So there’s nothing for your bone.

Thanks for taking the time to help me and I was wondering if that was going to be the case. So basically your saying it’s not much I can do other than regular stretching and excersize combined with a well balanced diet will be the best ??

Bone is bone, unfortunately.

While that tibia is in a cast, the surrounding muscles will atrophy too. They just don’t get used.

When you get the cast off, take it slow. Your Achilles tendon will pay the price if you try to jump right back into life where you left off. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend anything for immediately after you’re healed. Get back to full use or you’ll aggravate the weakest point (muscle or tendon).

So I was cleared yesterday to begin putting as much weight as I can tolerate on my leg so I begin this morning running one mill of test C, half of NPP, and a half meal of test P, 125 mg tablet of Anvar and headed to yhe gym

why has nobody said HGH or any AAS first of all im pretty sure pretty much every steroid just about helps with bone density Test,Deca etc. pretty sure HGH would totally help bone recovery I have not googled this but it seems obvious

I wouldn't recommend crazy doses or anything but at least above a therapeutic range.... someone plz explain if im missing something though

Human Growth Hormone (HGH)

  • Bone Healing: HGH stimulates the production of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), which promotes bone growth and repair. It can enhance the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts (bone-forming cells), thereby aiding in the healing process.
  • Tissue Regeneration: HGH is known to enhance muscle regeneration and improve recovery from injuries, which can indirectly support better overall recovery.

Testosterone

  • Bone Density: Testosterone is crucial for maintaining bone density. It helps increase bone mass and strength, which can support the healing of fractures.
  • Muscle Support: Higher testosterone levels can aid in muscle strength and function, which is important for rehabilitation after a bone injury.

Clinical Considerations

  • Dosage and Timing: The effectiveness of HGH and Testosterone for bone recovery may depend on the timing of administration and dosage. It's essential to consult a healthcare professional to discuss potential benefits and risks, especially considering any side effects.
  • Individual Response: The response to these hormones can vary significantly among individuals, and the treatment must be tailored accordingly.

Conclusion

While HGH and Testosterone can aid in the recovery process from broken bones, they should be used under medical supervision to ensure safety and efficacy. Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting any hormone therapy.

I am very very experienced with chat gpt been using it since it came out I pay for a 20$ subscriptions that uses the latest models that are not available to the public. the public version is a poop on a sidewalk in terms of reasoning and reliability and all the above. just note that before you judge the fact it was from chat gpt though. I could probably ask it to give me which sources it pulled it from though. but even on my own account its very well known Testosterone increases bone density along with other steroids and HGH for instance ill ask my version to give me a link to each source it pulled from and show the evidence as to why HGH and Test can help with bone healing hopefully the hyperlink actually works when I paste it to here

Thanks. I knew steroids increased bone density but that’s different than actually healing bone, let alone bone that’s broken in 3 spots.

I didn’t know that HGH worked on bone. That’s interesting. Thanks for posting but the links are all fucked up and connect to the wrong studies.

fair enough to be honest I see your point of view I didn't really have much reason to believe what I did I just sorta assumed so any other day I probably could have arrived at your same assumption. Ive never used HGH I've used BPC for a nagging shoulder one time I tweaked it and it went away so fast and never had a problem after I wish I have vials of bpd-157 I would take it here or there after a cycle just to clear up anything. I know that steroids promote tendon repair but only the weaker type of tendon fiber and not the mature type of tendon fiber which can get tricky.

Thank you. That was helpful and actually makes sence. Not sure why I did not figure all that out on my own before the post.👍

Having gone down this road a few times, I wouldn't push the recovery until you're back on your feet. The knee and finger will have healed far before the leg.

IMO, take this time to do a LOT of rehab work, and forget the compounds. Double this advise if there's any tendon or ligament damage. I'd start GH once I get to the level of being able to walk easily. Don't start this too early. GH interferes with your body's natural ability to clear damaged cells. After you can jog, and squat, ramp up the rest.
