Anyone on a healthy dose of supplements that help with maintaining that 100% rock hard feeling? Don’t get me wrong I’ll typically stay beetween 80-90% hard with no issue or supplements but we all know that 100% feeling and I’m tryin to have that the whole time.

I have cialis but I’m not sure how healthy it is to take over an extended period of time, if I could supplement some kind of vitamins or supplements to help that’d be cool.

Any experience would be appreciated.

If you’re unsure about how “healthy” it is to take cialis for an extended period of time, you’ve not read a lot about cialis.

@Bumpygooch show me a study done with cialis that has included anecdotal reviews…
There are studies showing 18-24 months of continuous use of cialis with no harsh sides but there’s no anecdotal reviews. No feedback from the people that used it or any follow ups after continuous use has stopped.
However, on a forum such as this one, there are people who have used it, who can give feedback.

Bonerzz and feelzz reports are readily available internet wide. You asked a science specific question about the health aspect of long term cialis use. These 2 are mutually exclusive.

@Bumpygooch you’re right, they’re are tons of reviews on cialis internet wide. But that wasn’t my question. I only asked one question in my post and that was if anyone has a recommended healthy supplement stack that Improves erection quality. The cialis statement was just that, a statement showing that I’m generally unsure about the long term use of it. Reasonable I might add because I have tried to find threads and studies about long term use and I have found them, but I have yet to find anything or anyone talking about the aftermath of using it for an extended period of time and then coming off of it.

It’s guys like you that make people talk shit about this forum, man. Myself, nor anyone else here should have to site sources on the research they’ve done in order to ask a question. Granted most of the time it is very easy to spot a guy who hasn’t done his research. You can easily look at my profile and see my posts/comments and it’s very easy to tell if I do my research or not. You can do that with each person that you’re planning on responding to and I promise that will yield better results than just assuming everyone’s a dumbass that hasn’t done there research.

@TreyJames yes, it is definitely I who gives these forums a bad name, and definitely not the person posed an ignorant question about the long term safety of a drug generally considered safe with low/no sides and an abundance of off label benefits. I wish you well in your boner endeavor, try yohimbine.

i have , with success used NO2 products with the results you seek. I have even went as far as ordering pure Arginine powder from eBay cause that is mostly what is in those products, Trust me when I tell you my female counterparts at that time will attest to this, ROCK SOLID HARD ALL NIGHT LONG. @TreyJames The reality is we don’t know how healthy it is to take anything over an extended period of time. That goes for vitamins and legal supplements as well. Just because they are considered vitamins or supplements does not inherently make them safer and/or healthier than say Cialis. Why not just take 5 mg of Cialis ED or EOD?

Not so much supplements but I’ve noticed way better erections by improving my diet. That being making sure I’m getting in at least 4700mg/day potassium and 1000mg+/day calcium.

I did this initially to help with blood pressure but noticed improvements in erections also. Might be something to consider as it’s an easy fix and helps with bp

@Aoi_611 this could very well be my issue. I just started my cut but before this week I’d been eating anything and everything, but tbh I wasn’t eating fruits or veggies, I was getting about 4500 cals a day. I just dropped carbs downs to 25% of my diet, so I have to really up my veggie and fruit intake and I’m already noticing a difference. I bought l arginine and yohimbine, haven’t used them yet, wanted to see how changing my diet works first.

@MikeAlstott yeah I see what you mean, the only issue I have on cialis even at 5mg EOD is nosebleeds.

I’d have to agree this is very hard when cutting. We’re always mindful of macros but very rarely (at least in my case) sodium, potassium, and calcium. It’s a bitch tracking and getting in 4700mg/day of potassium but I feel it’s definitely worth it. At least it feels that way anecdotally/boner wise.

Been dealing with ED since I was 17, usually not complete impotence but the “half mast” variety.

Avoid alcohol completely. It might not make you completely impotent but even one drink can mean the difference between half-mast and fully erect.

Drink enough water, get your salt levels right, and do your damn cardio.

If you have any mental health problems, such as depression or anxiety, treat them. Ive had depression and anxiety for years and was always afraid to get in an antidepressant because I had heard they could give you ED and/or prevent you from getting off. When I finally got on Prozac, however, my ability to hold an errection, stamina, and sensitivity all increased because I stopped getting anxious about shit that happened the day before while having sex or masturbating.

Once you’ve done all of these, then start thinking about supplements and/or PDE5 inhibitors. I personally take 5mg/d cialis and take off during my girls period, if she’s feeling frisky that week i just take one at the start and entertain her with foreplay until its kicked in. Ive honestly never tried any of the natural remedies except yohimbe, which has the same MOA as cialis/viagra but makes me feel too shitty to fuck.

I’ve been taking 10mg cialis everyday for the past year. I only experience a stuffy nose. Flonase takes care of it but I don’t use it regularly.

As far as supplements go, L-Citrulline is far and away the most effective that I’ve used.

It may take up to a week of daily use to start seeing results, but it’s surprisingly effective once it starts working.

all you need if you wanna avoid pharma choices is some L-Arginine. Its a wonderful vasodilator a lot of those OTC stay hard pills have that in them, Its also great for an addition to a pre-workout for the pumps it gives you. Try it.

Citruline, Arginine, Beet Root, Beta Alanine are all good. If it’s good for workouts and pumps, it’s good for your dick.

I bought bulk beet root supp along with a couple of different NO workout products. I take one of each of the NO products and a beet root when I really want to leave an impression on (and in) my chick. There is a nice difference and it definitely makes me feel “maxed out.”
