I'm currently taking 10mg on push + pull day. 20mg on leg day. I workout everyday so if I can't make the gym it's just 10mg. Going great so far no lethargy. Gaining size/strength every workout. Currently on week 3. I've taken Sdrol two times in the past. When I drop it down to 10mg/ED I feel it helps with the side effects. I noticed little to no hair loss with Sdrol. I'm planning on tapering of to 5mg before workout for a week before in come off to avoid the sudden drop in glycogen, probably around week 6. I have 10mg tabs so I split the pill into 2 and; take in the morning and about 8 hours later before workout. Also stacking trt dose of testosterone and 400mg deca. Great oral in my opinion.
