Supplements to control RBC and cholesterol on cycle

Hey guys, I am going to be running a Test E 500mg EW cycle for 12 weeks. Anyone have any supplement recommendations that would help keep my RBC under control as well as my bad cholesterol? Thanks guys!

I’ve used naringin or grapefruit seed extract for RBC but im not sure if it really works. Donating blood is probably your best bet.

For cholesterol try “CholestOff Plus” you can find it in amazon or any health store. Brought my total cholesterol down from 194 to 144… just got my results from my doc two days ago. My good cholesterol has always been in the 50’s so not sure how it affects that.

For RBC one of the main reasons it is likely high when on cycle is exogenous androgens can cause hemochromatosis which is iron retention. Look into curcumin and OP6 which are natural iron chelators, so they can remove excess iron from the body

Cholesterol, the best thing I’ve used is citrus bergamot. 500-1000mg a day

I tried naringin, grapefruit/juice, and nothing really worked aside from just simply purging a pint every 10-12 weeks. Probably should be more like every 8 weeks, but I have trouble with keeping ferritin and iron up. It’s a neverending chase of the tail. Screw with one thing, screw another. For cholesterol, Heart Savior worked real well for a coworker. I wonder how that garlic one would do, though. Not a fan of statins, natural or otherwise.

I give myself a phlebotomy every 10-12 weeks. I’ve dealt with the problem for so long that I can actually tell when my hematocrit is trending too high. I will start getting these random, small headaches. Anyway, I went through the ringer with doctors around here. You mention a therapeutic phlebotomy, and they either don’t even know how to write the order, or they are too scared to write it for some reason… in spite of my hematocrit being verifiably too high. I also went through it with Red Cross. When I first went to donate, I answered everything honestly, particularly to the question if I had ever used testosterone. At that time, it was even doctor-prescribed. They put me on a permanent deferral for that, which basically meant I was blacklisted from donating. A year or so later, and I appealed that decision. It went all the way to the top, and I got it removed. But then, here’s the kicker. After all of that, every damn time I went to donate, my blood pressure would be elevated, and the techs would be “sorry, we can’t take your blood today.” What? Is my blood going to shoot out of my arm and damage the surroundings due to such a high pressure? Red Cross LOOKS for reasons not to take your blood, and then they constantly pester you to donate, especially for double RBC’s. Anyway, TL;DR, I got tired of doctors’ and Red Cross’ shit and learned to phlebotomize myself. I use an aquarium dosing pump for peristaltic action.

That is metal. I just answer the donation questions pragmatically. =)
