Sustanon pinning frequency?

I’m sure this question has been asked before and I know I can look up charts for the half life, however, I’m just looking for anecdotal experiences on whether ED/ EOD/ E3D etc is best for pinning sust. Never used sust before only prop/ e/ cyp etc.

Yeah I’ll probably do that with the shorter esters in the mix.

I always did sust eod as well, just because of the short ester props in. I like to keep things as balanced as possible because most side effects occur from imbalanced hormones (unless your an e2 retard).

Yup EOD is the least I’d do!

A rule of thumb when you are pinning a blend is to pin based on the frequency needed for the shortest ester in the blend.
