How did you bottom out your estrogen??

I was taking 1 mg arimidex on injection days. Based on bloods I’ll try 1/2 on injection or maybe even less. Previous blood I was at 70 estrogen which was high. Wasn’t doing any ai then. My body was atomizing it. Test levels were a lot lower then. I was advised to do the 1mg arimidex on injection days. I know to dial back next cycle.

I’ve only done cypianate. So I can’t say for sure. I have researched it and it’s only like a day or maybe 2 difference in half life. Several discussions I’ve seen say they can be interchangeable. So if say you pin on a Monday and a Thursday or Friday there should be no issue.

yes only difference could be ever so slightly higher peaks of test on test e bc of the very slightly different half life

70 estrogen with no ai is honestly not bad
i bet you could take a quarter of the ai youre using and be in a good range
