I forgot to post this like a week ago when my pack first landed, but wanted to make sure I give credit to Syn for his professionalism in all facets of his interactions with customers. I sent an email asking about a possible price quote on a moderate size order and after just a few responsive back and forth emails, got the BTC address and was impressed with how fast he both confirmed and told me that the pack would be going out the next day and when to expect tracking. Low and behold, everything was sent out quickly and arrived just as fast. Haven’t used any of the goods yet (although I expect nothing less than perfect), but from a business perspective Syn is the kind of person you want when interacting with a source. He knows his stuff and is always accommodating and professional.

That means a lot to me, thank you for that endorsement. I do try to approach this as a business and, as such, I am expected to perform accordingly. I think that the days of sitting around for weeks wondering when your pack will arrive from a source have gone and I hope that we are raising the bar for other sources and spoiling the customer at the same time. If so, then I say we are doing it just right. thank you again, reviews like this are paramount for new members when researching sources.
