Not really sure what to make of this. I do inject SubQ so maybe thats why the reading is so low along with having bloods taken about 50 hours after pinning? Id still expect 315mg/ week to put me well above the reference range as I have bloods from a few years back on 500mg/ week Test E (from a different source) that put my total test right under 6000. My injection frequency then however was E3.5 days and IM rather than SubQ. I dont know if that would account for this big of a discrepancy in my dose response. Will probably get retested in 6 weeks and see what happens along with changing EOD to E3D because my SHBG definitely needs to come up. Would like your guys thoughts on this.

Dk why ur injecting sub-q that’s probably got a lot to do with your level being low. Pretty sure sub-q is slower absorption compared to IM. I also think ur old frequency was better with test e every 3.5 days makes more sense with its half life.

I’ve read it can help with estrogen management, I’ve never done sub q before this so decided I would give it a try. Definitely going back to IM after these results though.

The draw time is off on these but this would have been a negative for SF. I’d encourage going IM and redoing those in 5 weeks.
