Sup brahs I found my test has some stopper particles in there, 99% sure that’s what they are since I had no problems with things in there prior to using it.

My question is how can I filter this out, .22 filter and maybe another pre sterilised vial would work?

Also would it hurt to pin this I know I probably shouldn’t lmao

Yeah, you could refilter. Depending on the amount of test left in your vial, it’s probably more cost effective to just buy another one (assuming you don’t have homebrew shit on hand already). If you filter, you’ll lose 1-2 mL of your gear from filter absorption.

You’re probably drawing with an unnecessarily large bore. If you draw up with a 25g or smaller, the rubber chunks will be too big to get sucked into the syringe. I would suggest drawing up with a small needle and then inspect the syringe under a flashlight to make sure there aren’t rubber floaters in it. Since your gear is presumably still sterile, filtering is a waste IMO.

Makes sense i use 23 gauge for drawing and 27 for injecting, I guess I’ll use 27 gauge syringe and needles instead for now
