T3 causing insatiable cravings? Advice needed (sub 10% brahs GTFIH!)

First legit cut in a long time was going great. Dropped down to 11.8% from 18.8% while on 25mcg of T3 and 100mcg Clen. Upped the T3 to 40mcg and I haven’t stopped binging for the past week. Easily taking in an excess of 2k cals everyday and it’s ruining my cut big time. I’ve gained 7lbs in a matter of a week thanks to the binges, but I hadn’t noticed T3 was the culprit till just now…

I’ve been running T3/clen for about a month non-stop due to their synergy, should I take a break from both compounds and follow the 2 weeks on/2 weeks off protocol for clen while completely dropping the T3?

Currently on 200mg Test C from my pharmacy, 75mg of DML’s var, and 2iu of Godtropin’s Bluetops (new to GH, wanted to test the waters)

Goal is to drop to 8% bodyfat while maintaining most of my lean mass, maintain this look for a while and then bulk up in January with a Test/EQ/adrol cycle

I bet that the Cravings are just from a normal person cutting and then freaking out after a while and eating their f****** ass off because that’s totally normal to have a mental lapse out of control. Aaaand you say you haven’t cut in a while so you’re probably not practiced at that 30 days of no eating place. It’s an idea. And secondly if you say out loud that you wonder if you should quit those two Products Clen / T3 than that is your subconscious telling you to definitely quit those two products at this time.

I don’t know if I’d be so quick to blame the T3. It’s totally possible, but personal anecdote whenever I was cutting I always noticed I’d cut just fine until I’d hit some sort of set point for my body, usually ~12%. Once I was there, it was like hitting a rev limiter on a car just bouncing off a RPM. I’d just binge up, cut down, binge up, cut down repeatedly. I started to carb cycle ala Lyle’s Ultimate Diet 2.0 and was able to blast past that sticking point. That might be able to get you past the 12% if you’re stuck there too.

UD2.0 was the only thing that got me low bodyfat back when I was natty, it might be worth a shot! I stopped the T3 last night and so far I haven’t had a craving all day. Did some reading on forums and experience threads on reddit, turns out T3 is infamous for cravings even at a low dose.

I thought your body naturally produces 25mg of t3, so taking anything less is pointless. It’s my impression you need to take a minimum of 50mg t3 because taking exogenous supresses your natural production of t3, so there is no point in taking a natural production amount.

Correct me if I’m wrong please, as I’m about to start a Clen/t3/TRT stack next week

plan was 50mg Clen/50mg t3/200mg Test and cycle the t3/clen on and off for 2 weeks.

I was taking T3 due to the metabolic effects of dieting, the synergistic effects when coupled with clen, and because I ran Tren during the cut. Turns out it just destroyed my willpower and threw my diet out the window. I won’t be touching it again until I understand it a little better

Well that’s the plan now chief. It’s much easier to exercise self control when you don’t have high amounts of exogenous T3 in your body, I just don’t understand how some advocate T3 use in the later stages of dieting when it can easily lead to binging.

yeah, t3 increases appetite tremendously… its hard to diet with it unless you use appetite suppressant

Newbie to the forums here…

Spot on about the 25mcg. Your body normally produces 25mcg naturally… i was always told to start at 50 and go up to 75-100. I notice you said you will be doing 200mcg? Seems a tad high…

I think you misread, 200mg TEST + 50mg Clen + 50mg T3
