In a hypothetical situation where you were doing a prolonged cut with DNP/Test/Tren, how would you go about including T3 in a cut? Is there any point?

(Let’s consider this cut the “final” cut to polish your physique and put you at a nice 200lbs 10% bodyfat, and from now on all you want to do is maintain your weight and bf% post cut. With this in mind let’s continue)Honestly if your diet is in check, I don’t personally see the need. Dnp is strong stuff. In addition to the other compounds t3 seems like overkill to me
None of those are needed to hit 10%, that’s easy enough to do literally natty or on TRT…prodigy" pid='21441' dateline='1532793000:

I’ve noticed that most people have a nasty rebound with DNP, so the weight loss isn’t permanent.
DNP drops thyroid function by a substantial amount. If you trying to avoid a rebound from dieting with a drug like DNP, wouldn’t incorporating T3 in conservative doses (25mcg) help limit the weight gain rebound most experience when dieting with DNP?
12-14wks ideally, the slower the better. I haven’t done a dedicated cut in about 2 years and I’d like to hit 10% for the first time in my life. How long are you hypothetically thinking of running this
As a former fat boy (260lbs at 14 yrs old) this has been very difficult. Sure I can lean up a bit, but getting chiseled has been a fruitless pursuit, and I’m at the point where I have enough muscle to cut down and look decent. 200lbs 10% bf at 5’9” been a goal of mine for as long as I’ve been lifting.PissedPajamas" pid='21444' dateline='1532795111:

Interesting. I haven’t felt the need to binge cause I’m currently on 2700 cals (-500 cal deficit), feeling full and consistently dropping 1.5lbs A DAY, it’s a little scary. I’m running the minimally effective dose for each compound and no cardio. so I can include cardio and up the dose whenever I stall.Hey bud, I’m actually about to finish a dnp/tren/test/t3 run of a couple of weeks. Have run many cycles of dnp and only wanted to see if t3 could help combat the EXTREME lethargy I get.
Hint: it didn’t.
Didn’t really notice anything differently than when I’ve run dnp without t3 tbh, but now I get to stress over tapering t3 and nursing that shit back up. Guess it’s extra incentive not to binge, eh?
Was 400mg dnp for 2 weeks, with 50 t3 first week and 100 second week.
Hey thanks for the input man, I think you gotta respect T3 and DNP but there’s a lot of fear-mongering over these compounds and the truth is they can be ran safely and effectively if you do your homework. There’s talk about DNP & Tren downregulating your T3 with prolonged use thus you’ll see a lot of people suggest running 50mcg of T3 along side use, of which I myself have benefited greatly from on my DNP & Tren runs. Remember to keep your Antioxidant dosages incheck & high (Vit C, Vit E, ALA, Electrolytes, & glycerol (which personally helped me)). Personally running a diet of High protein, moderate carbs, & trace fats (/w fish oil supplemented) is where both compounds showed best results for me. It always seemed a bit odd when people come to a steroid forum to advise against running steroids/similar compounds but to each their own I guess.
Edit: Somethings that helped with Energy/Lethargy & cravings were the EC Stack & Modafinil
All my weight loss has been permanent, I introduce calories back into my diet at a slow pace after every cut to get an idea of where my new tdee is (ie 150 calories a week). You probably rebounded because you did not adjust your calories accordingly remember there’s no magic here, total caloric expenditure will always dictate whether you lose or gain weight and a lot of people tend to forget that. I also notice a trend in general were people seems to think because their using tren or steroids in general it becomes a free-for-all eating frenzy, thats just a great way to become a fatass if anything tren shines because it allows for a much lower caloric intake than normal.Nimbus_Cl0ud" pid='21607' dateline='1532927072:

How permanent was the fat loss during your DNP cuts? I’ve always rebounded in a week or so after cessation of DNP but this time around I’m taking my sweet time and using the minimally effective doses for each compound so I can prolong the cut a bit. So far I haven’t had the need to drop my calories under a -500 deficit cause I’m losing weight like a madman and it all seems to be glyco+fat
I’m pretty much on the same boat as you. I’m taking it slowly and once I reach my goal weight I’ll reintroduce some cals slowly again. Suicide cutting isn’t the way to goPissedPajamas" pid='21617' dateline='1532954642:
